Saint Clair Street Underpass

As you exit Cottage Home Neighborhood on Saint Clair Street, you will notice the colorful art along the underpass of the highway bridge. This gorgeous mural by Whimsical Funk – Artwork by William Denton Ray was a labor of love with the assistance of several community members.
