St. Clair Street. The party takes place on Dorman Street\, in the playground and in the community space; with a back drop that includes the wonderful 1890 Ruskaup Mansion\, designed by Vonnegut & Bohn\, as well as various Victorian-era cottages sprinkled throughout. Dorman Street\, Cottage Home’s community owned playground and community space\, featuring its newly built shelter will feature a host of activities throughout the entire event\, with the musical styling of various local musicians on 2 stages\, local artists and other vendors peppering the well lit and highly decorated areas. \nChildren of all ages are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes\, and enjoy the horse drawn hay rides\, pudding eating contest and other kids games and other activities. Food and beverages will be available from a variety of vendors. \nThis magical event is FREE to the public. However\, for those that can afford it\, a suggested donation of $5.00 helps pay for event expenses\, entertainment\, and future neighborhood projects. Proceeds will include helping the continued development of the Cottage Home neighborhood.

SUMMARY:CoHo Flea Market/Yard Sale
DESCRIPTION:Cottage Home Neighborhood Association will hold a flea market and yard sale event on June 24 before the Reggae Party. Yard sales will be held at neighbor’s homes and the flea market will be held in the Community Space. The neighborhood association is asking for donations of items which can be sold at the flea market to raise money for the neighborhood. Those neighbors participating in the yard sale are asked to donate $20 to help pay for advertising and signage for the event. After 2:00 pm all items not sold at yard sales may be donated to the flea makret which will continue throughout the day into the Reggae Party.
