DESCRIPTION:The final General Membership meeting is set for Monday\, December 4th at 7pm.   \n\n\n\nThe final General Membership meeting is Monday\, December 4th. A pitch in meal is scheduled for 6:15pm. The business meeting will start at 7pm. The meeting will be held at Paramount Cottage Home. Please bring a dish to share and drinks/table service for your family. Children are welcome! \n\n\n\nOn behalf of the Nominating Committee\, the Cottage Home Neighborhood Association board  has approved the following slate for the 2024 board year: \n\n\n\n\nJosh Bronson\n\n\n\nMike Clements\n\n\n\nBri Jones\n\n\n\nMaureen Mladucky\n\n\n\nScott Moore\n\n\n\nMary Jane Moriarty\n\n\n\nChase Patterson\n\n\n\nAlan Schoff\n\n\n\nValerie Scott\n\n\n\n\nThe association will also take nominations from the floor and vote on the slate at this meeting. Reminder that while all neighbors are welcome to attend the dinner/meeting\, only those current dues paying members are eligible to vote.  According to the association bylaws\, any candidate for the board must be an active member 30 days prior to his/her election. Also\, voting members are members who have paid their dues for the current year at least thirty (30) days prior to the election. \n\n\n\nThe board can have 10 -12 members.
