DESCRIPTION:Don’t Miss the 2022 Block Party! \n\n\n\nCottage Home Neighborhood Association invites the public to attend their annual block party on Saturday\, October 8th from 5:00-11:00 p.m. \n\n\n\nThis Halloween-themed party is held between the 700 blocks of Dorman Street and Highland Avenue\, just south of E. St. Clair Street. The party takes place on Dorman Street\, in the playground and in the community space; with a back drop that includes the wonderful 1890 Ruskaup Mansion\, designed by Vonnegut & Bohn\, as well as various Victorian-era cottages sprinkled throughout. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMusic\, Kid’s Activities\, Artist Vendors\n\n\n\nDorman Street\, Cottage Home’s community owned playground and community space\, will feature a host of activities throughout the entire event\, with the musical styling of various local musicians on 2 stages\, local artists and other vendors peppering the well lit and highly decorated areas. Hedgehog Hannah performing for the kids. Food\, beer and wine will be available from a variety of vendors. \n\n\n\nWear your Halloween costumes\n\n\n\nChildren of all ages are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Venue\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe party takes place on Dorman Street and Highland Street just south of St. Clair\, in the playground and in the community space.
